What is the turnaround time?

• Standard turnaround time is next day by end of day. Rush processing is available to guarantee most content by 9am next day.

Are you able to do blue sky replacement?

• Yes, exterior photos will have skies replaced as needed unless requested otherwise.

Are you able to photoshop the pictures?

• All photos will have a basic editing pass to ensure proper color balancing, straight images, and accurate representation of the house. Please contact for any advanced requests.

Do images/media have copyrights?

• Yes, all images and media are owned by Sound Real Estate Photography. Images and media are licensed for digital and print marketing of the property in question. Please contact us to discuss any other use cases such as personal marketing, company marketing, etc.

Are there any cancellation fees?

• Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
• Any appointment cancelled on site will be subject to the $100 cancellation fee and the travel fee if one was assessed during booking.
• Drone services that need to be rescheduled due to weather are not subject to a cancellation fee.

What is your service area?

• We primarily service the greater Seattle area as far south as SeaTac, north to Everett, and east to Bothell, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Renton. We are happy to service areas outside of this but will assess a travel fee for further distances.

What is expected for home prep?

• Please ensure the home is ‘Photo Ready’ prior to arrival. The property should be clean and free of clutter.
• Wipe down all surfaces.
• Store items such as small appliances, tooth brushes, trash cans, toilet brushes, brooms, laptops, charging cables, etc.
• Ensure all light bulbs are working and matching.
• Ensure all beds are made and look neat.
• Park cars away from the house, ideally a couple doors down or across the street.
• Remove any clutter from yard.
• Check for cobwebs both interior and exterior.
• Hide outside trash cans, water hoses, yard tools, etc.
• All lights should be on. All blinds should be open. All toilet seats should be down.
